Our Irish Whiskey Blending Experience offers a unique opportunity for you to delve deep into the world of whiskey and create your very own personalised blend. Join us for a hands-on experience that will leave you with a greater appreciation for the art of whiskey blending.
The journey begins with a comprehensive tour of our museum, led by our expert tour guides.
Before you begin the blending process, we will introduce you to a selection of 4 carefully chosen Irish whiskeys. This tasting experience will help you identify the distinct aromas, flavors, and nuances of different whiskeys, from smooth and mellow to robust and smokey.
Under the guidance of our experienced whiskey tour guides, you will now have the chance to experiment blending different whiskeys to create your own unique blend. You will learn about the different whiskey components, such as malt, grain, and pot still, and how they influence the final taste.
Throughout the blending workshop, our experts will be on hand to answer your questions, provide guidance, and share their knowledge, as well as the history and heritage of Irish whiskey.

How big is the bottle that we can take home?
The bottle is 70ml’s, therefore you can take it on a plane home with you.
What time is the Blending Experience at?
The tour runs daily at 4pm and 6pm.
If my travel companion chooses to do the classic or premium tour, will we be together?
The Blending Experience is a separate tour, therefore the group will be separate to the other tours.
Do I get a souvenir glass on the Blending Experience?
No glass is included in the Blending Experience, just the swing bottle that you blend your whiskey in.
